At fifteen I stood in a courtroom facing a judge. A few years later I was the youngest qualified sniper in British Army history, serving in Helmand with the Mercian Regiment – trained to carry the weight of other people's lives before I was old enough to buy a drink.
In 2015 I was medically discharged with no formal education, no plan and no idea what came next. I took a factory job to keep my family afloat. Within a few years I was running operations for companies worth millions, growing one business from £8m to over £13m in three years, rebuilding broken teams and negotiating national deals.
