Along the way, launched Two Chevrons to support fellow veterans with CVs, interviews, and entrepreneurship, and released my first book, "Fundamentals of Becoming a Badass in Business" — going on to win multiple awards.

2026

Medically discharged from the British Army with no formal qualifications and no clear plan.

Rose rapidly to General Manager by 29, driving growth, efficiency and major capex programmes before taking the helm of my first company and growing it to eight figures within three years.

After turning around a declining business into a strong growth foothold, now transitioning out of corporate life into full-time fractional consulting and leadership mentoring.

LEGACY OVER HYPE

The drive to help others isn't just a business strategy; it's a family legacy. My family are my primary motivation. Leaving the Army wasn't my choice to make — but what I built after it was. I chose to build a life where I can be a leader for those who are just starting their own. We don't just talk about discipline; we live it.
